A luxury practice rootedin the art of Wellness by Design

Studio note

HBS from the very beginning carries the echo of making projects which propell human wellness. Each year we take in a select number of unique projects and make sure that each project is a symbol of poetry & art.

The work spans private homes, villas, farmhouses and penthouses across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Punjab, Mumbai, Goa and beyond — alongside premium retail, hospitality and workplace projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. Our language is restrained: calm forms, an honest material palette, and a quiet obsession with proportion, light, and the small details that decide how a building feels to live in.
